Cafeteria
Loyer: This will be an area
for table-top games. We will have various hands-on games, such as Warhammer,
Dungeons and Drangons, etc. We will also have a new, chess-like board game
called Kingdoms, which was created by a local entrepreneur.
The Cafeteria: This will be the dealers’
room. This is where all the buying and selling will take place (with the
exception of food). We will have an art gallery, as well as club booths and
a school booth. The dealers are likely to be selling manga, anime DVDs, pins,
posters/wallscrolls, plushies (dolls), figures, anime-related paraphernalia, ect.
We will also be holding a Cosplay contest (costume contest) here, with prizes. 
The Balcony: This will be the speakers’
area. We will hold various panels (discussions) here, some games like jan-ken-po
(Japanese rock-paper-scissors), name-that-song, etc., and invited speakers. 
Room 2340: This will be the video game
room. Much like our normal Tuesday events that GZR holds, we will have a few
games running at a time, where everyone is welcome to play for a while. Video
game tournaments will also be taking place here.
Cesar Chavez Plaza:
This will be the food/music area.
The Chabot radio station, KCRH, will be playing songs for portions of the
event, as well as announcing upcoming events. KCRH will also be serving free
food from 12pm-1pm. This is also where live music performances
will be.
Room 2642:
This is where film showing will be. We’ll have an LCD projector, screen, and speaker set
for a cinematic feel. Here we will be showing anime movies and episodes
sequentially based on a schedule that all participants will receive at the door.
Parking
Lot B: This parking lot will be reserved for Kin-Yoobi Con participants.
Parking will be free! Parking tickets will be distributed at the entrance
of the parking lot. Place your parking ticket on the dash of your vehicle so it
is clearly visible from outside the car and you'll be set and ready to join Kin-Yoobi
Con.
