Vendors must have with them at the con a copy of their State Resale License to do business. They are issued at the State Board of Equalization.

The license requires no fee. You must have a California state driver license, social security number, and bank information for license registration. You must complete an application. You need 3 personal references for registration.

You cannot sell weapons of any kind at Kin-Yoobi Con such as exact replicas of weapons specific anime characters use.

Kin-Yoobi Con is a family affair. If you are selling anything that might deem inappropriate for children then such merchandise needs to be clearly labeled as such so that parents clearly know what they want to buy for their children.
